About CLRB
The CALAMBA-LAGUNA REALTORS BOARD (CLRB), INC. was established as a member of the PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE BOARD (PAREB), INC. under the guidance of Pasay-Makati Real Estate Board (PMRB), Inc. as its board organizer. CLRB obtained its official registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on June 19, 1989, with Dr. Loreto F. Pascua serving as the founding President. The dedicated group of incorporators included Edwin L. Lisondra, Ma. Lilia Lancuan, Eugene V. Yu, Filimon N. Saromo, Bella N. Morales, Jaime B. Biana, Rolando M. Dadios, Gil V. Corpuz, Domingo D. De Vera, and Romeo A. Bolongaita.

In a significant development, CLRB re-registered with amended By-Laws with the SEC, officially becoming CALAMBA-LAGUNA REAL ESTATE BOARD (CLRB) INC. on February 6, 2017.
Under the visionary leadership of the Charter President, and with the unwavering support of Past Presidents and members until 2013, CLRB acquired two (2) parcels of Real Property with Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 060-2013005988. These properties consist of a 227 sqm three-story building and a 210 sqm vacant lot, both registered under the name of CALAMBA-LAGUNA REALTORS BOARD, INC. as the OWNER. These assets are located in the Manoto-Malihan Subdivision in Barangay Real, Calamba City, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.
